From my MSc in Mindfulness which I am studying at the University of Aberdeen, I have developed a deep understanding of the science being the practice and I can work with you individually, breaking meditation practices into easy to follow experiential practices. Providing the container for safely guided inner healing work. This can be done as weekly sessions in 10 week blocks or stand alone.
Mind and heart training is at the core of practicing mindfulness. Learn how to notice our continual thinking and how our habitual thought patterns affect our ability to function in day to day situations. Learning to utilise our inner healing tools is so beneficial during times of heightened anxiety or stress.
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointments we respectfully request 24 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee of the whole amount of the service booked. In relation to the MBLC course payments can be made in full in advance or can be made in instalments. Should you make the full payment and decide not to go ahead with the course you will be given the chance to re-book. We have a strict no refund policy for this course as a free introductory session is provided and spaces are limited.
